It's my birthday and I can BLOG if I want to

 I have always loved birthdays. There is something about them that makes me feel--well, happy. Balloons, colorful confetti, presents; what isn't there to be happy about? I don't know what to possibly blog about on my birthday, but it's going to happen. So start singing Happy Birthday if you want to,  I'll be here feeling awkward and not knowing what to do. {Let's be real, who does know what to do when people are singing Happy Birthday to you?}

 It's been such a great birthday, and I feel like I say that, every year... But it really was great! I got to do some hiking, trip up a mountain {and get some fabulous warrior wounds}, get surprised with cupcakes, eat a cookie the size of my face, open my gifts while FaceTiming my fam {can you believe it? they had TORCHY'S WITHOUT ME!}, replied to dozens of texts, wall posts, tweets, you name it; took my first nap as a 19 year old, and then out to a yummy dinner with my Aunt and her boyfriend. Have yourself a day, me. ;)

 Now, my best guy friend, Jayke, conveniently has the same birthday as me. He thought what would be an "amazing" blogpost was to rate every single birthday gift I got. Pshh, Jayke, this isn't Buzzfeed... but I will post one of those cliché pictures where I show everything I had gotten for my birthday.

Spot whatcha can find, peeps! ;)

 Also, also, also: my aunt gave me this awesome gift basket {well, it's actually a helmet...} full of baseball things, chocolate, and Disney things. I would totally take a picture, {along with some cards} but everything is scattered on my bed. Then where am I sitting you ask? Barely on the edge of my bed. I am like Mufasa before Scar pushes me off a cliff, I'll be completely real with you.

 So many sweets and so many "Happy Birthday" posts later, I would like to say, "best birthday EVER!" but after going through my Timehop, I have tended to say that for the past six years... So I will leave you at this: be grateful for what you have and who you have in life. I am so happy and blessed to have these amazing friends and family who truly care for me, thank you all! :)

And now, for some pics:
