I am thankful for... {part one}

As promised {six days later}, here are just some of things I am thankful for this week :)

Living in the 21st Century
This sounds sorta crazy, but I am thankful for living in the 21st century because of all the technology circulating around. Yes, it's at times bad, but I am just so grateful to be able to Skype or FaceTime home and see some familiar faces.

Great Friends in Class
Emma, Melanie, Megan, JoHanna, Kyle, this is for you guys:
As an outgoing, bubbly individual that goes to a university with at least 54,000 people, it can be hard to make friends in classes and expect to see them the next day. Every Monday and Wednesday, I go into my 1:00 Intro to American Cultures class with a big smile on my face. Usually, the few of us, sit around in front of the lecture hall and eat lunch before class starts. On Wednesday, this professor {I am assuming} came out of her office and told us to move our conversation outside... Yeah... we can get pretty loud...

Red Cup Season at Starbucks
Yes! Finally, move away Pumpkin Spice Lattes and bring on the Peppermint Mochas it's officially Christmas season at "white girl Heaven" and the fact that it is finally getting warmer in Tucson {finally dropping below 100} makes red cup season so much better.

Shoes
The other day, I ran out of my dorm without wearing shoes... {No I wasn't drunk} but this is an actually legit thing to be thankful for, people. Some aren't fortunate to have shoes and have to walk for miles and miles on grounds that aren't sanitary, etc. It was kind of dumb of me {because I was running late to class}, but it made me think of something to be thankful for.

Johnny
What kind of cliché things I am thankful for list is this without my boyfriend on here? Through all the Skype calls and phone calls and dozens and dozens of texts, yeah, this guy is something to be thankful for. When I feel like going crazy {but not Miley crazy [don't worry, I won't write a song about you]} this guy is always there to make me
{get the willies out}.
Yep, he's a goob, but whatever, he makes me laugh, so I am thankful for him.

Viewers Like You
As a blogger, it's {believe it or not} hard to reach out to the audience. It's like writing an editorial, it's hard to grasp an opinion without some complaints {mother, this is towards you}. But to those who are still loyal into reading my blog {mother, Jonathan, to name a few}, you guys rock. Plus, I'm about 3000 away from reaching 50,000 views! My goal by the end of the year is to reach that many, so start reading!!

Until next Saturday {and a couple of posts in between here and there},
andie
